RUN SLC is a 5k-10k-15k race series with events in February, March, and April. The flat courses on tree-lined streets are perfect for brand new runners and competitors alike. The races are a fun way to train for the Salt Lake City Marathon or just keep on top of your 2019 fitness goals.
New for 2019 – – Finishers medals will be awarded at each race! Runners who complete all the races can join them into one big RUN SLC Series medal! Each person will also receive one limited RUN SLC shaker bottle.
After each race, there will be food, hot beverages and a drawing for running gear and some of our favorite SLC restaurants and attractions. We call it the “FUN SLC ZONE”.
“Run Happy” at the RUN SLC Race Series! BROOKS Running will provide special opportunities for participants throughout the RUN SLC season. Last year RUN SLC participants were among the first in the country to try out BROOKS “Run Signature”, a state of the art stride analysis tool. What will they have for us this year ?
RUN SLC is “Powered by TOSH”. There will be FREE SATURDAY TRAINING SESSIONS and WINTER LECTURE SERIES with expert coaches from the Intermountain TOSH Running Program. A limited number of FREE CONSULTATIONS with a TOSH physical therapist will also be available at each race packet pick up. A TOSH running coach will lead a pre-race warmup at each event.
The 2019 RUN SLC Race Series is hosted by Salt Lake Running Company, a TOP 10 running store in America. All events start and finish at the 700 East location in Salt Lake City.
